Approval Options:

• Option 1: Credit score of at least 600, along with satisfactory background and credit check results.

• Option 2: Satisfactory landlord reference and proof of income (at least 3x monthly rent) in lieu of credit score. Pay stubs or equivalent documentation required.

A full background and credit check is run on all applicants. Under Option 2, we qualify you on your proof of income documentation rather than the credit report we receive back. Outstanding debts, bad debts, liens, or collections over $1,000 are reviewed case by case and may be grounds for declining an application.
